Princess Mersabel

Against a backdrop of war, political intrigue, and family tensions, Princess Mersabel soon becomes despondent. She begins to question her place in the kingdom of Kaffa and even her very existence. While her father, the King, is bent on war, both her mother and the King’s spiritual advisor plot to secure their respective positions at court. Princess Mersabel’s life, however, takes a dramatic turn as an English scholar arrives on the scene having been sold as a slave to the King. Little does she know that by saving his life, she may redeem her own.
